Depositary Management Corporation offers its services on a flat fee basis or, at your election, strictly on a success fee basis (or a combination of the two). If you choose to work on a success fee basis, we will be compensated only if we produce tangible added value for your company. Our success fee is based on a percentage of the financial contributions and expense reimbursements received by your company as a result of our efforts. This is a win-win proposition for our clients: we help you increase revenues and reduce risk while creating no direct cost to the company, as our fees are effectively paid by the depositary.
In addition, if you retain us on a success fee basis, we will provide comprehensive advice and consultation regarding your existing or proposed depositary receipt program at no cost to you unless you should decide to establish a new DR program or restructure your existing DR program. We will undertake a full analysis of your program, and if requested will conduct and manage a Request for Proposals on your behalf, all at no up-front cost. If you decide not to proceed with the establishment of a DR program or the restructuring of your existing program, we will charge no fees and there will be no cost to your company other than out-of-pocket expenses. If you do decide to proceed our fees will be funded by the additional contributions you receive from your depositary.
